You are invited to wrap yourself in presence for this Winter Solstice Wonderland, led by Jenny!
On this shortest day & longest night, is a time to reflect & honor the return to light!
Enjoy a Candlelight Flow that will ignite your internal dristhi and practice of “Dharana”, the sixth limb of yoga! Dharana means focused intention and concentration. Candle gazing while in your yoga practice, will promote a relaxed state of being, and a space for you to become absorbed in your candlelight, and thus become one with it! In other words, say goodbye to that monkey mind and just be… be where your feet are!
Your yoga practice will be gently paced, creating more softness and ease for the mind to rest and relax, for the practice of Dharana. Your mindful flow will promote an effortless meditation in movement, cultivating inner calm and peace!
Enjoy a blissful Sound Bath meditation & savasana to deepen your harmony and presence!
Take time to slow down amidst the holiday season, and connect to "being", rather than all the "doing", so that you can replenish the light in your soul, for new beginnings!
