Your evening is "more than just yoga" and will include a guided meditation full of spirituality and symbolism of the butterfly, including the doorway to the greenhouse being a gateway to your own transformation! Explore the wonder of metamorphosis amongst flowers and butterflies! Just like the butterfly, metamorphosis is a profound inner transformation, where you can begin to shed old layers & make way for emerging renewed, free, aligned... and be Revived!
Your evening doesn't stop there! Emily of Pleasant Mills Farm Market will enlighten you about the life cycle of butterflies as well as include observation of butterflies! Celebrate transformation, freedom and new beginnings!
