Your evening is "more than just yoga" and will include a guided meditation full of spirituality and symbolism of the butterfly, including the doorway to the greenhouse being a gateway to your own transformation! Just like the butterfly, metamorphosis is a profound inner transformation, where you can begin to shed old layers & make way for emerging renewed, free, aligned... and be Revived!
Your evening doesn't stop there! Emily of Pleasant Mills Farm Market will lead you in a tour of the butterfly greenhouse so you can observe and connect with the butterflies and their phases of metamorphosis!
