We are back with our friends from Old Forks Farm in Hammonton!
Jenny will lead a mindful movement yoga flow, located beside a beautiful sunflower field that will be sure to brighten your day!
All are welcome to experience this beautiful offering and will get to pick a sunflower to take home!
Please bring a yoga mat, small towel, and water.
Optional to bring anything that may aid comfort for outdoor elements.
