You are invited to our first ever live acoustic guitar event led by our friends Jen K. and Aaron!!
Join us and let your soul sing…
Through live music, meditation and Reiki we will open space within the heart to release the weight of the winter months and step into a version of you that feels lighter, clearer, and more aligned with who you’re becoming.
Jen will guide you on a meditative journey to gently bring to the surface any weight, old beliefs, grief, or energetic blocks that may be holding you back from your most authentic self. During the meditation, enjoy the soothing sounds of acoustic guitar and steel tongue drum played by Jen and Aaron.
Throughout the experience, Jen will offer Reiki, encouraging you to soften, let go, and allow your soul to sing as it’s held in the gentle vibrations of sound and energy.

What to bring: yoga mat, water. Optional to bring your own bolster, or small pillow, and blanket. These will be provided at studio as well. Optional to bring a journal and pen.
